Waste management and recycling has been on Maître & Chef’s mind for many years. Every day, we are doing our best to make sure that our team is sensitive and careful about the environmental cause. Many of our procedures have changed in order to contribute in the best way possible to a cleaner environment. Maître & Chef is proud of the effort given by all the employes to constantly improve our performance on the environmental front.

		Maître & Chef recycles the material received from suppliers, such as paper, cardboard, glass and metal. All of our (buffet style) business lunches are sent on porcelain platters to be washed and re-used. We work with a dishwashing machine that recycles water and uses very little water. We do not promote the use of plastic bowls or platters. If a client needs disposable cutlery, we use certified biodegradable products only. Our packaging is done in reusable bags.
