Philippe Sarrailh, our chef has seven years of study in the food service industry, during which time he obtained three university degrees and professional diplomas, he completed his training in Bordeaux and Paris.

For the next ten years, he worked his way through the kitchen ranks, moving up from cook to chef in several famous establishments of great reputation and registered in le guide Michelin including Hotel Le Grillon, the Pavillon Puebla, the National Assembly.

Philippe then left France and headed for Belgium, where his culinary talents would once again be widely recognized. He became sous chef at Loriers, a certified caterer of the Belgium Court.

In 2003, he joined the catering firm of Maître & Chef Traiteurs. Here are a few of his realizations

• Bell 125th anniversary
• The Blondin-Bronfman wedding
• Phyllis Lambert 80th birthday party

More recently in 2009, Grand Prix Ernst & Young gala, bal du maire de Montreal, Opening of a BCBG boutique and many other corporate events.
